Returns
In the case of an incorrect or defective order or damage during transit, we require customers to provide a complete uncut unboxing video from start to end, ensuring all labels are visible. This video serves as evidence for the shipping carrier and helps us assess the issue accurately.
If there was a damage during the delivery process, please send us an email with the following details, within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging and can be verified to be damaged/faulty.
